Many Chiropractors are quick to rely on manipulations or adjustments rather than manual hands-on therapy. At Spectrum Healthcare listening to our patients and providing them with quality treatment is our priority. We dedicate our time to provide you with specialised care.
Our Chiropractors continually educate and train themselves in the latest techniques and specialties. This enables us to provide you with the best possible treatment options.
Our practitioners aim to provide our patients with an accurate diagnosis of their injury. Diagnosis will enable us to deal directly with the cause of the problem and not a temporary solution. We will work with you to have you back to activity or work as soon as possible.
All of our Chiropractors are registered with the National Registration board and are certified members of the Chiropractic and Osteopathic College of Australasia (COCA) or the Chiropractor’s Association of Australia (CAA). Our practitioners are affiliated with the majority of private health insurance funds, allowing you to claim a rebate on your treatments.

Disha has a particular affinity in the whole body kinematics that contribute to injury. As a high level tennis player, Disha has seen complex and multifaceted injury and dysfunction both as a patient and as a Chiropractor. It was her exposure to sporting injury as a young athlete that drew her to a career in Chiropractic.
Disha’s treatment focuses on identifying the interactions and contributions of all structures that are contributing to an injury or dysfunction. She focuses her unique therapeutic skills on the causative factors of a problem to maximise recovery rates through a blend of hands-on therapy as well as exercise therapy.
Disha has had the pleasure of working with the Sydney Ice dogs, a semi- professional sydney ice hockey team.
